Ingredients
2 whole chickens
2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
1 stick unsalted butter
Preparation
- Season each chicken inside and out using 1 tablespoon of Old Bay for each chicken.
- Baste the chicken while cooking on the rotisserie with melted butter.
- Cook the chickens until they reach an internal temperature of 180 degrees F.
