Moroccan Spice Blend
Spices can be expensive so consider going in with a friend or two to cut the costs. This recipe make a good amount and can be scaled larger. Store in an airtight container.

This spice blend is great on beef, chicken, lamb, pork or camel. Try using some of it in place or the curry in the Curried Beef or Chicken recipe…link is below.
Ingredients
3 Tbs + 1 tsp Ginger
3 Tbs + 1 tsp Cardamom
3 Tbs + 1 tsp Mace
1 Tbs + 2 tsp Cinnamon
1 Tbs + 2 tsp Allspice
1 Tbs + 2 tsp Coriander
1 Tbs + 2 tsp Nutmeg
1 Tbs + 2 tsp Turmeric
1 Tbs Black Pepper
1 Tbs White Pepper
1 Tbs Cayenne
1 Tbs Anise or Ground Fennel
1 tsp Cloves
Preparation
1. Stir together all the spices very well
2. Store in an air-tight container
3. Use on your favorite meats as a marinade. Just sprinkle on meat and drizzle with olive oil. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
