CousCous Cake Recipe
This is a very versatile recipe. Use it as a base for an entree, cook them smaller for appetizers or serve it with a salad.

Ingredients
1 ¼ Cups Water
1 Cup Moroccan Couscous
2 Eggs
2 Tbs Sour Cream
¼ Cup Chives, Chopped
2 Tbs Chopped Almonds (Optional)
Oil for Sautéing
Salt and Pepper To Taste
Preparation
- Bring the water to a simmer
- Add the couscous, turn off the heat and cover for 5 minutes
- Stir in the eggs, sour cream, chives and almonds
- Scoop into 4 or 5 patties
- Sauté until browned on both sides and eggs are set
- Season to taste with salt and pepper
