CousCous Cake Recipe


Ingredients
1 ¼ Cups Water
1 Cup Moroccan Couscous
2 Eggs
2 Tbs Sour Cream
¼ Cup Chives, Chopped
2 Tbs Chopped Almonds (Optional)
Oil for Sautéing
Salt and Pepper To Taste
 
Preparation

  1. Bring the water to a simmer
  2. Add the couscous, turn off the heat and cover for 5 minutes
  3. Stir in the eggs, sour cream, chives and almonds
  4. Scoop into 4 or 5 patties
  5. Sauté until browned on both sides and eggs are set
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper
