CousCous Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1 ¼ Cups Water
1 Cup Moroccan Couscous
2 Eggs
2 Tbs Sour Cream
¼ Cup Chives, Chopped
2 Tbs Chopped Almonds (Optional)
Oil for Sautéing
Salt and Pepper To Taste
Preparation

Bring the water to a simmer

Add the couscous, turn off the heat and cover for 5 minutes

Stir in the eggs, sour cream, chives and almonds

Scoop into 4 or 5 patties

Sauté until browned on both sides and eggs are set

Season to taste with salt and pepper
