Ingredients
By Measure
1/2 Pound Bean Sprouts2 Scallions Chopped
1 Tbs Minced Garlic
1 Tbs Sesame Oil
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Sriracha
1 Tbs Toasted Sesame Seeds
1 Tbs Sugar
Salt and Pepper To Taste
Preparation
- Rinse the sprouts well
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook sprouts for 2 minutes
- Remove and run under cold water until cooled
- Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Add the bean sprouts and toss to coat
- Adjust seasoning and serve
