Sookju Namul (Korean Bean Sprout Salad) Recipe


Ingredients
By Measure
1/2 Pound Bean Sprouts
2 Scallions Chopped
1 Tbs Minced Garlic
1 Tbs Sesame Oil
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Sriracha
1 Tbs Toasted Sesame Seeds
1 Tbs Sugar
Salt and Pepper To Taste

 
 
Preparation

  1. Rinse the sprouts well
  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook sprouts for 2 minutes
  3. Remove and run under cold water until cooled
  4. Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  6. Add the bean sprouts and toss to coat
  7. Adjust seasoning and serve
