Sookju Namul (Korean Bean Sprout Salad) Recipe
Ingredients
By Measure
1/2 Pound Bean Sprouts
2 Scallions Chopped
1 Tbs Minced Garlic
1 Tbs Sesame Oil
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Sriracha
1 Tbs Toasted Sesame Seeds
1 Tbs Sugar
Salt and Pepper To Taste
Preparation

Rinse the sprouts well

Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook sprouts for 2 minutes

Remove and run under cold water until cooled

Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Add the bean sprouts and toss to coat

Adjust seasoning and serve
