Ingredients
2 ½ Pounds Ground Pork
1 Tbs Salt
1 Tbs Fresh Ground, Black Pepper
8 Sage Leaves
2 tsp Thyme Leaves
½ tsp Chopped, Fresh Rosemary
1 Tbs Brown Sugar
½ tsp Fresh Grated Nutmeg
½ tsp Cayenne
½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together then patty into desired size and cook, refrigerate for no more than 4 days or freeze.
