Pizza Dough Recipe
Pizzas are a huge draw in the house. Some how we gain friends and family every time we make dough. Its almost like there is a webcam in my kitchen. First come the kids. Then come the parents looking for their kids and what is that aroma? It's fun!

This will make 2-14 inch pizzas. I usually double that. If you love cooking for others this recipe is for you.
Ingredients
By Measure
1 cup water (warm or cold depending on the type of rise you want)1 cup milk
2 teaspoons yeast
1 1/2 ounce olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
6 cups bread flour
Preparation
- Combine all of the ingredients and knead for 10 minutes. Let rise till doubled. If you use cold water it could take 4-6 hours.
- I like to refrigerate the dough overnight to develop flavor. Divide into desired size pizzas. This recipe makes two medium size pizzas.
- Let the balls of dough rest on a pan covered with a thin coat of olive oil then cover with plastic wrap. Allow the dough to rest for 1 hour.
- Roll out on a floured board. Cover with toppings. Allow to rest for 15 minutes. Bake in a very hot oven at 500 degrees. Use a pizza stone or a sheet pan.
