A sweet, sour and spicy dipping sauce.
Ingredients
By Measure
3 Tbs Fresh Lime Juice2 Tbs Sugar
1/4 Cup Water
2 Tbs Fish Sauce
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Chili Paste
Preparation
- Make limeade by mixing the lime juice, sugar and water. Adjust the sugar until it tastes good enough to drink.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well
- Allow to sit at room temperature for one hour before using
- NOTE: You can adjust the fish sauce and chili paste to your taste
