Nuoc Cham Recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbs Fresh Lime Juice
2 Tbs Sugar
1/4 Cup Water
2 Tbs Fish Sauce
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Chili Paste
Preparation

Make limeade by mixing the lime juice, sugar and water. Adjust the sugar until it tastes good enough to drink.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix well

Allow to sit at room temperature for one hour before using

NOTE: You can adjust the fish sauce and chili paste to your taste
