Maryland Crab Soup
This a summer tradition in my house and makes a fine final salute to summer ingredients.

Bold in flavor but not heavy
Ingredients
3 carrots peeled and diced
3 new red potatoes, diced
1 medium onion diced
½ pound green beans
2 ears sweet corn, cut
1 pound lump blue crab
6 cups beef stock
28 ounces crushed tomatoes
1 cup lima beans
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Add all of the ingredients except for the crab, salt & pepper into a large pot. Large enough to handle the soup. Bring the ingredients to a boil then simmer for 30 minutes. Add the crab to the soup then simmer for another 30-45 minutes. Taste then adjust with salt and pepper if necessary.
