Ingredients
For The Meatballs:
 
1# Ground Pork
½# Ground Beef or Turkey (Can Use All Pork If Desired)
¼ Cup Milk
½ Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1 Egg
1 Tbs Minced Garlic
¼ Cup Thinly Sliced Green Onions
2 Tbs Finely Chopped Carrots
3 Tbs Soy Sauce
½ tsp Minced Ginger
¼ - ½ tsp Salt
¼ - ½ tsp Black Pepper
 
For The Sauce:
 
½ Cup Hoisin
¼ Cup Ketchup
¼ Cup Rice Vinegar
2 Tbs Soy Sauce
1 Tbs Sesame Oil
1 Tbs Minced Garlic
2 tsp Minced Ginger
Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)
Salt and Pepper To Taste
 


Preparation

For The Meatballs:
 
1.       Combine all ingredients together and form into desired meatball size
2.       Sauté over medium heat until cooked through
3.       Serve or hold in a warm oven
 
For The Sauce:
 
1.       Bring all ingredients to a simmer and reduce until thickened to desired consistency
2.       Season to taste with salt and pepper
