Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients

1 Qt Milk
3 Qt Heavy Cream
4 Cups Sugar
3 Vanilla Beans
6 Cups of Egg Yolks
Preparation

Heat milk, heavy cream, sugar and vanilla bean(s) to a simmer

Temper into egg yolks

Heat mixture to 160 degrees

Chill in an ice water bath

When chilled, turn in an ice cream machine according to manufacturers directions
