Shrimp and Chorizo Recipe


Ingredients
By Measure
10 large shrimp, uncooked
4 ounces chorzo
1 cup onions, diced
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 cup tomatoes, diced
bunch of cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons cream
1 teaspoon cumin
salt and pepper, to taste 
 
Preparation

  1.  Heat a saute pan and 2 Tbs oil over high heat until the oil starts to smoke
  2. Add the chorizo and cook about half way
  3. Add the onions and cook until they are translucent
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until almost done
  5. Add the garlic, tomatoes and cilantro
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper
  7. Make the sauce by combining the sour cream, cream, cumin and salt and pepper
  8. You can serve like as is or on some fresh, fried corn tortillas or as a taco
