Scotch Eggs Recipe
Ingredients

1# Sausage - Raw
1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
4 Hard Cooked Eggs - Shell Removed
1 Cup Flour
2 Eggs - Lightly Beaten
1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
Oil For Deep Frying
Preparation

In a food processor pulse the sausage a few times just to break it down

Add the cream and process about 10 seconds

Take 1/4 of the sausage mixture and form it around a hard-cooked egg making sure you can't see the egg inside. Do the remaining hard-cooked eggs the same way

Coat each in flour then dip into the beaten eggs then coat in the panko bread crumbs

Fry at 320 degrees until they begin to float and are golden brown

Make sure the sausage has cooked through but floating is a good indicator

Serve with a good mustard or aioli
