No Bake Cookies Recipe


Ingredients
By Measure
1 3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Stick Butter
1/4 Cup Cocoa
1/2 Cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
3 Cups Quick Oats
1 tsp Vanilla

 
 
Preparation

  1. In a sauce pan over medium-high heat bring the sugar, milk, butter and cocoa to 230 degrees on a candy thermometer
  2. Remove from the heat and stir in peanut butter, oats and vanilla
  3. Scoop onto waxed paper into desired cookie sizes
  4. Allow to cool to room temperature
  5. NOTE: I like to scoop my cookies using a #30 scoop. This yields about 22 cookies. You should easily be able to get 18-24 cookies out of this recipe.
