No Bake Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
By Measure
1 3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Stick Butter
1/4 Cup Cocoa
1/2 Cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
3 Cups Quick Oats
1 tsp Vanilla
Preparation

In a sauce pan over medium-high heat bring the sugar, milk, butter and cocoa to 230 degrees on a candy thermometer

Remove from the heat and stir in peanut butter, oats and vanilla

Scoop onto waxed paper into desired cookie sizes

Allow to cool to room temperature

NOTE: I like to scoop my cookies using a #30 scoop. This yields about 22 cookies. You should easily be able to get 18-24 cookies out of this recipe.
