For The Cheese Sauce:
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
2 tablespoons AP flour
2 cups milk
3/4 pound pepperjack cheese or a little over 2 cups shredded
Salt and pepper to taste
For The Meat:
1/2 pound fresh chorizo sausage
1/2 pound ground beef sirloin
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced small
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1 small can black beans, drained and rinsed (around 1 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup fresh cilantro. chopped
1 yellow onion diced small
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground chipotle pepper
1/2 cup tomato sauce
