Corn Meal Pie Recipe
Ingredients
By Measure
5 Large Egg Yolks
2 Large Whole Eggs
1/3 Cup Water
1 Tbs Cider Vinegar
2 Sticks Butter
2 Tbs Flour
2 Cups Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 Cup Corn Meal
Preparation

Melt the butter

In a bowl using a stick blender or whisk combine the yolks, eggs, water, vinegar, flour, sugar, salt and corn meal

Add the butter and mix well

Pour into a tart or pie shell and bake at 350 degrees until done
