Cardamom Crumb Topping Recipe

4 Cups Toasted, Chopped Pecans
4 Sticks Melted Butter
1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
2 Cups Sugar
1 tsp Cardamom
1 tsp Salt
5 1/3 Cups Flour
 
By Weight
4 Cups Toasted, Chopped Pecans
1# Melted Butter
11 ¼ Ounces Brown Sugar
15 Ounces Sugar
1 tsp Cardamom
1 tsp Salt
1# 9 Ounces Flour

 
 
Preparation

  1. Mix the melted butter and sugars well
  2. Stir together the flour, cardamom and salt then add to the sugar mixture
  3. Add the pecans and mix until crumbly
