So an exciting day here in the MEC prep kitchen…the long-awaited arrival of our new Monogram Pizza Oven!!! A recent addition to the Monogram lineup we are really happy to have a production model here and ready to use.  Joe and I have had some interaction and conversations about the new oven but the folks over at First Build have been the ones doing the real work and we can’t wait to see what it’ll do.  We will post some photos, ideas, thoughts and some recipes over the next few weeks as we put it through its paces.  Until then check out the website for more information: https://monogrampizza.com/
