Pizza Oven Part Two

First week of the new Monogram pizza oven is in the books and it’s impressive. So far we’ve made about 20 pizzas at various top and bottom heat settings and have been very happy…if not a little heavier. Joe and I are working on a couple of dough recipes and will be sharing them soon so be on the lookout. Now, maybe a little salad.
