Turkey Lettuce Wraps
I love lettuce wraps. These substitute turkey for the chicken typically used but feel free to go with chicken.

Ingredients
1# Ground Turkey
1 ½ Tbs Minced Garlic
1 ½ Tbs Minced Ginger
1 Cup Diced Onion
1/3 Cup Hoisin Sauce
3 Tbs Soy Sauce
1 ½ Tbs Rice Wine Vinegar
2 tsp Sriracha or To Taste
8 Ounce Cane Water Chestnuts Chopped Fine
¾ Cup Sliced Green Onions
Salt To Taste
Bibb or Iceberg Lettuce
Preparation
1. In a sauté pan over high heat bring 2 Tbs oil just to the smoke point
2. Carefully add ground turkey, spread it out then let it caramelize
3. Gently turn turkey until cooked through. While cooking break clumps into smaller pieces
4. Drain excess liquid
5. Add garlic, ginger, onions, hoisin, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and sriracha and cook for 3-4 minutes
6. Add the water chestnuts and green onions and cook for 2 minutes
7. Season with salt and serve with lettuce leaves
