Its hard to overcook lobster with steam
Ingredients
A large Steamer, Lobsters, Salt and Water
2 Tablespoons of salt per quart of water in your steamer

If you have a large pot and basket for steaming this might help you. I needed to look it up myself.
Lobsters, Salt and water is all you need.
Here are the cooking times
Lobsters/pound Time in minutes
1 # 10
1 ¼ # 12
1 ½ # 14
2 # 18
2 ½ # 22
3 # 25-30
5 # 40-45
These are cooking times at steam covered with a lid. Its easy.
