Ingredients
By Measure
1 Cup Corn Meal
2 Cup Water
1 tsp Salt
1 Cup Milk
2 Eggs Separated
2 Tbs Butter
 


Preparation

  1. Combine cornmeal, water and salt and cook over high heat until it boils then turn to medium and stir until it thickens
  2. Add butter then egg yolks and milk and stir until well mixed
  3. Whip egg whites to stiff peaks and fold into cornmeal mixture
  4. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees until center is set
