Lemon Tart
This is a great Spring or Summer tart...and "tart" describes it well.

Ingredients
1 Cup + 2 Tbs Sugar
1 Cup + 2 Tbs Heavy Cream
8 Egg Yolks
3 Eggs
3/4 Cup Lemon Juice
Zest From One Lemon
Store Bought Pie Dough or Your Own Recipe
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients and mix well with a whisk or an immersion blender
- Line a pie pan or tart pan with the dough and finish edge accordingly
- Pour mix into shell (you may have leftover mix depending on the size and depth of pan you're using)
- Bake at 350 degrees until center is almost set but still a little jiggly (about 35-45 minutes)
- Cool then refrigerate until cold
- Serve with sugar macerated berries, whipped cream, melted white chocolate or all of the above.
