Iced Coffee Granite Recipe
A granite should be sandy in texture. To achieve this, I like to put the finished granite in a pan and freeze it overnight then use a fork to scrape it instead of scooping it. The texture is great.

1/2 Cup Sugar

- Dissolve sugar and condensed milk in hot coffee
- Add heavy cream
- Turn in ice cream machine
