Asian Style Spare Ribs
I loved those spare ribs from the buffet growing up. Deep red and sticky sweet. Hopefully we've brought them up a notch but still equally delicious.

Ingredients
1 or 2 Racks of Pork Baby Back Ribs
1 ½ Cups Hoisin
½ Cup Ketchup
½ Cup Honey
½ Cup Soy
½ Cup Sake (Optional)
3 Tbs Rice Vinegar
3 Tbs Lemon Juice
3 Tbs Ginger
1 Tbs Garlic
2 tsp Five Spice
Preparation
1. Roast the ribs in a 300 degree oven until cooked through. About 4 hours. You want to see a ½” or so of the bone showing.
2. Puree the remaining ingredients together to form a sauce
3. Baste cooked ribs with the sauce and caramelize on the grill or you can raise the oven temperature to 500 degrees. Be sure to turn and glaze the ribs a few times while caramelizing.
