Apple Cobbler Recipe
You know, I love apple pie but what I love more than apple pie is an apple cobbler. Here's my favorite cobbler recipe.

Ingredients
By Measure
For The Filling:
4 Granny Smith Apples Peeled, Cored and Cut into wedges
1/4 Cup Flour
1 Cup Sugar
2 Tbs Melted Butter
2 tsp Vanilla
For The Crumb Topping:
1 Cup Softened Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 Cups Flour
2 tsp Cinnamon
4 Granny Smith Apples Peeled, Cored and Cut into wedges
1/4 Cup Flour
1 Cup Sugar
2 Tbs Melted Butter
2 tsp Vanilla
For The Crumb Topping:
1 Cup Softened Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 Cups Flour
2 tsp Cinnamon
Preparation

For The Cobbler:
- Toss the apples with the other ingredients
- Add the apples to a 9 inch pie pan or casserole dish that has been greased with pan spray or butter
- Top with the crumb topping (see recipe below)
- Bake at 375 degrees until crumb topping is golden brown and filling is bubbly (1 Hour To 75 minutes)
NOTE: For a more traditional Holiday flavor add 1 tsp each cinnamon and nutmeg to the apples when tossing.

For The Crumb Topping:
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix until crumbly
- If topping is too soft add a little more flour
- If topping is too dry add a little more softened butter
