Vinaigrette Recipe


Ingredients
By Measure
1/2 Cup Diced Yellow Onion
3 Cloves Garlic
1/2 Cup Vinegar
1 1/2 Cup Oil
Salt and Pepper To Taste
 
Preparation

  1. In a blender add the onion, garlic and vinegar and puree until smooth
  2. While blender is running slowly drizzle in the oil
  3. Season with salt and pepper
