Tzatziki Recipe
Ingredients

1 cucumber peeled, seeded and diced small
2 cups Greek plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, minced (add more to your taste)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Pinch of cumin
Black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Preparation
Simply gather the ingredients and prep them as described. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Stir to incorporate all the flavors. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. When ready to serve stir well and adjust seasoning.
