Spinach Dip
Ingredients
1# Chorizo Sausage (Optional)
1 Cup Diced Onions
2Tbs Minced Garlic
2# Frozen Spinach
8 Ounces Cream Cheese
1 ½ Cups Shredded Cheddar
1 ½ Cups Shredded Parmesan
½ Cup Mayonnaise
1 Cup Sour Cream
Salt and Pepper To Taste
1. In a pot cook the sausage over medium-high heat until almost cooked through
2. Add the onions and cook through
3. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute
4. Add the frozen spinach and cook until hot
5. Add the remaining ingredients and cook until hot
6. Season to taste with salt and pepper
