Pineapple Rum Punch


Ingredients
1 Cup pineapple rum, white rum or dark rum
¼ Cup lime juice
½ Cup pineapple juice
Lemon lime soda – Sprite®, 7Up®, etc.
Grenadine
Pineapple and/or limes to garnish
Preparation

Make The Rum Base:
 
1 Cup pineapple rum, white rum or dark rum
¼ Cup lime juice
½ Cup pineapple juice
 
1.       Stir all together and chill
 
To Serve:
 
1.       Fill a glass with ice
2.       Fill half way with rum base
3.       Fill the rest with lemon lime soda – Sprite®, 7Up®, etc.
4.       Add a splash of grenadine
5.       Stir and enjoy
6.       Optional – garnish with a lime or a pineapple wedge
