Pecan Pie Recipe
Ingredients
By Measure
1 1/2 Cups Pecans: Toasted
4 Eggs
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Corn Syrup
1/4 Cup Sorghum
2 tsp Vanilla
Pinch Salt
2 Tbs Bourbon: Optional
Preparation

Fill pie shell with pecans

Combine the remainder of the ingredients and mix well

Pour over pecans

Bake at 375 degrees until set (about 40 minutes to 1 hour)
