Pecan Pie Recipe


Ingredients
By Measure
1 1/2 Cups Pecans: Toasted
4 Eggs
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Corn Syrup
1/4 Cup Sorghum
2 tsp Vanilla
Pinch Salt
2 Tbs Bourbon: Optional

 
 
Preparation

  1. Fill pie shell with pecans
  2. Combine the remainder of the ingredients and mix well
  3. Pour over pecans
  4. Bake at 375 degrees until set (about 40 minutes to 1 hour)
