1. Place pecans in a small container and cover with Bourbon
2. Let them soak overnight
3. Place butter and sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer and mix well
4. Strain the pecans out of the Bourbon and add the pecans to the sugar mixture
5. Mix until well combined
6. Form into balls – Size is up to you and will determine quantity
7. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water
8. Dip balls in chocolate and place a pecan half on top
9. Refrigerate until chocolate is set
