Kentucky Beer Cheese


Ingredients
1 pound extra sharp cheddar cheese, cut into ½ inch pieces
1 cup warm dark beer
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon Sriracha hot chili sauce
 
Preparation

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth. Make sure you stir the mixture several times during the process to make sure it is all well blended. Season the mixture with salt to taste if necessary. Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.Set out before serving to soften.
Serve with Pretzels, bread sticks, crackers and pickles.
