Iced Chai


Ingredients
8 Chai tea bags
4 cup water
½ cup honey
1 cup whole milk
 
Preparation

In a pot bring the water to a simmer. Turn off the heat then add the tea bags. Allow to steep for 5 minutes. Remove the bags then stir in the honey and whole milk. Pour contents in a pitcher and refrigerate until chilled. Pour over ice and serve.
(I sometimes used coconut milk in place of whole milk)
