Hot Choco Recipe


Ingredients
By Measure
2 Cups Milk
2 Cups Cream
1/4 Cup Chocolate Liqueur
1/4 Cup Coffee
1 Tbs Vanilla
1 Piece Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Tbs Cocoa
1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate
1/4 tsp Nutmeg

 
 
Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients except dark chocolate in a pot and bring to a simmer
  2. Add dark chocolate and whisk until smooth
  3. Adjust consistency with more milk if needed
  4. Garnish with some whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa and cinnamon
