Honey Bourbon Cake Recipe

3 1/2 Cups All-Purpose or Cake Flour
1 Tbs Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 Tbs Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
3 Eggs
2 Sticks Butter Melted
1 Cup Honey
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Coffee
1/2 Cup Orange Juice
1/4 Cup Bourbon
 
By Weight
1 lb All-Purpose or Cake Flour
1 Tbs Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 Tbs Cinnamon
2 1/2 Ounces Brown Sugar
11 1/4 Ounces Sugar
3 Eggs
1/2 lb Butter - Melted
1 Cup Honey
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Coffee
1/2 Cup Orange Juice
1/4 Cup Bourbon

 
 
Preparation

  1. This cake is easy to mix. First mix all the dry ingredients in your mixing bowl until well mixed
  2. Mix all your wet ingredients together then add to the dry and mix until combined
  3. Pour batter into 2 10-inch, well-greased cake pans
  4. Bake at 350 degrees until a toothpick comes out clean, about 25-35 minutes
