Gimlet
Ingredients
1.5 ounces gin
2 ounces lemonade
Wedge of lime
1 slice cucumber
Slice of cucumber
1 ounce soda water
This is a take on the classic Gimlet. I like a little zip to my warm weather drinks so I have added soda water. Anything fizzy in place of soda water is on the table. You could also use vodka in place of the gin.
Shake well the pour over ice in a rocks glass.
