Chocolate White Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe


Ingredients
By Measure
2 Sticks Butter - Softened
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
3 Tbs Cocoa
3/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Bag White Chocolate Chips
By Weight
8 Ounces Butter - Softened
11.25 Ounces Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
9.5 Ounces All-Purpose Flour
2.5 Ounces Cocoa
3/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Bag White Chocolate Chips
 
Preparation

  1. Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy
  2. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well
  3. Stir together the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt
  4. Add flour mixture to butter mixture a little at a time until well combined
  5. Add white chocolate chips and mix well
  6. Scoop to desired cookie size - (12 cookies per half sheet pan makes about 2 dozen cookies)
  7. Bake at 400 degrees F for 11 minutes or until done
