Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe


Ingredients
By Measure
1 Cup Butter - Melted
2 Cups + 2 Tbs Bread Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 Tbs Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 Egg Yolk
2 Tbs Milk
2 tsp Vanilla
2 Cups Chocolate Chips
By Weight
8 Ounces Butter - Melted
10.25 Ounces Bread Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 Tbs Sugar
8 Ounces Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 Egg Yolk
2 Tbs Milk
2 tsp Vanilla
2 Cups Chocolate Chips
 
Preparation

  1. Cream the melted butter with the sugars
  2. Add the egg and egg yolk and mix well
  3. Add the vanilla and milk and mix well
  4. Mix together the flour, salt and baking soda and add to the butter mix
  5. Add the chocolate chips and stir to combine
  6. Bake at 400 for about 11 minutes or until golden brown
  7. You might need to press the finished cookies with a spatula as they come out to get them perfectly flat.
